Studios + The Résidence du Lion d'Or, located right opposite our hotel, has several delightful fully-equipped and furnished studio flats. They consist of a mezzanine, a kitchenette and bathroom. Each has accommodation for 3, 4 and 5 people, ideal for a family with children or a group of friends. Large Apartment + This two-bedroom apartment (approx. 940 sq. ft.) is located in the very heart of Paris, steps away from the Louvre, Place Vendome, the Opera and Place de la Concorde and just a block away from Tuleries metro station. This ideally situated residence is located on the 2nd floor of a historical Parisian building. It offers two bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bath, full kitchen and living / dining room, with cable TV, stereo and internet access. Accommodates comfortably up to 4 persons. Both bedrooms have very comfortable American queen size beds. The bedrooms are generously sized, situated at the back of the apartment, providing a quiet sleep absent the normal Paris street sounds. The larger bedroom (approx. 170 sq. ft.) has a double-glazed window with exterior shutters. This room has a private separate toilet and washbasin. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, two built-in closets, two armchairs and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom (approx. 125 sq. ft.) has two double-glazed windows, also with a queen-size bed and a decorative fireplace. The Living Room is nicely furnished, with confortable sofa's with a fireplace. Approximately 265 sq. ft. has a parquet floor covered with a rug, there are three large double-glazed windows overlooking the Rue De La Sourdiere. It is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, shelves, and an armchair. This room is equipped with an international cable TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a phone and an Internet connection. The dining area is located in the large living room. The tiled Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Washer-Dryer and other appliances. The master bath is fully tiled and equipped with both bathtub and shower, washbasin and toilet. The apartment is located on the first floor of an 18th century walk-up building in Rue de la Sourdiere, Paris 75001. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system.

Lounge + Our tearoom has orientally inspired decoration where you can relax. We serve tea, coffee and delicious cakes and pastries. Internet café + Open from 7.00 a.m. to midnight, it has a dozen workstations at which you can surf the Internet, use Office, print your documents, and even burn CDs or DVDs. For your convenience: a hot/cold drinks and confectionery dispenser.
